The HI-TEC Intervention IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) / POCMAN (Police Officer Casualty Management) Medical Pouch is a compact MOLLE-compatible medical pouch designed for Individual First Aid Kit and Police Officer Casualty Management applications. Built for law enforcement, military, corrections, EMS, firefighters, security personnel, and emergency response professionals, this pouch keeps critical trauma supplies organized, protected, and quickly accessible when fast response matters.

The pouch features a dual-zipper main compartment with an emergency red pull tab, allowing rapid one-handed opening under stress. Its internal layout is designed to help secure essential medical supplies while maintaining fast access during deployment, patrol, range use, tactical operations, or emergency response situations.

The exterior includes a dedicated tourniquet holder for immediate access to hemorrhage control tools, along with a subdued medical cross identifier for low-profile medical recognition. A front Velcro panel provides space for blood type patches, medical identifiers, agency ID, or custom patches.

Constructed from high-quality weather-resistant nylon, this tactical medical pouch is built for demanding operational environments. The integrated HI-TEC LOC-STICK attachment system provides quick and secure mounting to MOLLE platforms, including tactical vests, plate carriers, duty belts, packs, and other compatible gear.

Please confirm the dimensions of your medical items before ordering. The inside of the main pouch measures approximately 3.5" W x 7.5" H x 1.5" D. Oversized or overly wide items may affect pouch functionality, including smooth zipper opening and closing. Some products shown in photos may have been adjusted to fit the compact pouch design, such as folded chest seals or folded excess packaging. The OLAES-style bandage shown was smaller than a standard OLAES bandage. This pouch is not recommended for 6" OLAES bandages. A 4" OLAES bandage may fit tightly.
